Who we are.
We are dealmakers and advisors that operate at a level of kindness that you probably haven't come across before. Let's get to know each other.
Meet the core:
Tim, Alec, and Dustin founded Tero out of a shared love of the land, a care for people, and a plain enjoyment of getting the right folks into the right properties. They've each had their share of successes and failures, seen the peaks and valleys of life. Through it all they've come to an absolute commitment to what is most important in life: honesty, hard work, caring about people, and finding satisfaction and joy in things that actually last. This is at the core of each of their lives and is thus the heartbeat of Tero.
Their passion is cultivating and leading a team of intelligent and kind agents who share their simple profound vision for doing good.
Why are we here?
Because Good = Good
This is the simplest math in existence and it's the quiet rule that governs everything we do at Tero. If you put good out you get good back. It might not be immediate, it might take sacrifices or losses, but it comes back around in the long run.
At Tero, we live by the rule that you measure success not by the bank account balance at the end of the quarter, but by being able to sleep well at night, knowing you did right by everyone you came across that day – knowing you can hold your head high in every circumstance.
Advising Kindly
Thoughtful Real Estate Investing with Simple Honest Dealmakers.
We look at every real estate purchase as an investment. Whether you're looking to make income or not, you're putting a serious chunk of your life's work into this land, house or building regardless of how you use it. And we honor that by being honest dealmakers. We are here to help you walk through this process and to make the best decision. We don't operate out of a place of ego, or greed, but instead offer our experience, history, and time tested wisdom.
This requires a level of honesty that not many dare to commit to. We will tell you straight what we think about a deal, what its strengths and weaknesses are. We will probably advise you to say "no" to properties more often than to say "yes." Because real kindness, real advising, means telling the truth, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
We take the simple, honest path to getting the deal done.
We love completing the deal but only when it is the right deal for the right person. We do it for the satisfaction of seeing kids playing in a yard of a new development, the land being cared for and developed to improve our communities, family wealth being preserved for future generations and put to good use. These are the reasons we enjoy seeing deals through to the finish.
